very friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful Nature and surroundings. It is remote,it is quiet - a super-phantastic beach, lots of shadow due to big trees. The drive there (= on a rough road) is already an adventure. It is advisable to book the transfer provided by the Hotel, done with a 4-wheel-drive-jeep !!

It was located in a very beautiful beach and the cottages were beautiful too. Even though nearly everything was bad there was a nice guy who helped us as much as he could that was not much in such circumstances. There was nobody in charge who could take responsiblities.
This hotel does't have any of the facilities that they offer in the web page. There were not telephone conection, neither posibility of using the cell phones. Of course, there were not internet contion. There were no spa or massage services. The food was terrible. In the first meal we could choose between 4 courses but without fruit or desert. In the second only between 3 and so on in the 4 we could only choose between eating or not and the only dish was pork fat overfried with a little bit of rice. We were without running water for 24 hours without any possibility of showering or flushing the toilets.

The location is realy nice, private sandy beach, palm trees, beautifull sunset. The cottages are well decorated and with electricity (at night), beds are good and you have an excellent view. The cook prepares nice food but it varies each days and depends a lot on availablilty and buying of groceries by the staff.. Nice terrace that watches over the see. Very remote spot so no vendors or any commercial activities within 2 hours drive (Puerto Princessa).
The staff was very friendly but where incapable of managing basic needs like enough food for the guests, deal with simple requests like extra towels or give correct answers to the planning of the transportation. It is realy far from the main road (25km over a very bumpy road), there is no internet or mobile phone coverage. So you are depending on the staffs buying of groceries and timescedule for the mini-van to bring you anywhere. We missed some garden beds, there was only one hammock and there was no small libary with some books or any boardgame available. Planning any other activities like visiting the Underground river takes you at least a full day!
